Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 8–20 business days depending on your destination, customs handling, and local carrier operations.

Tracking Not Updating?
If your tracking number does not show updates right away, there is usually no need to worry.
International shipments may go several days without a visible scan while moving between logistics hubs or countries. This is normal in many cases.

Order Not Delivered Yet?
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check:

- Whether the parcel is being held by customs or the local carrier
- Whether delivery attempts were made
- Whether someone else at your address accepted the parcel

Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, we recommend:
